After a month long of research I'm happy that I found this forum and a reseller like OBSIDIAN-PC! Past few weeks been hard for me of what to buy, but these guys been here for me whenever I had a new question. They got me hooked with their great support and even greater product they put their hands on!

These guys have a lot of knowledge and whats most important they love what they're doing, so we got to love them too!

People who ordered from Obsidian-PC, how long does it took to process your order ?

Mines been updated to Processing (Sep 4, 2017) after payment on (Sep 3, 2017) and from then haven't moved forward, so not sure if processing means assembly and testing included or they just preparing to do so ? From description at their website I thought that they aim to build system in 3 working days and I'm really in need of a laptop.

Usually takes 3 days to assembly-testing and other for dispatch.

 

As you may have noticed i been a bit absent from this forum.
There´s a good reason for that, our chief technician Ricardo is sick, we are extremely worried with this situation, it´s been a full week and we hope he is feeling better. Unfortunately we have been unable to reach him which is something that is making us feel worried. We are doing our best to get information about his health.

In the meanwhile, for the first time in our company history we had delays in orders. I even had to disconnect our chat system and go help out on the assembly. Today everything should be back to normal, as all delayed orders will be finished today and shipped tomorrow.

We are very sorry for this situation and we will take measures so that this wont happen again.

 

I hope Ricardo gets well very soon.

You and your Team are amazing people and I can't thank you enough for all that extra care and work you put into my unit! (John built my unit himself)

Obsidian-PC is a totally an example of how a customer has to be treated, yes there was some delay last week, but you know what ? John reached me out and everything has been solved in a day.

About unit itself, thing is that I never had a Clevo based machine before and kept going back and forward between "big brands" and Clevo's. Main concerns was build quality, warranty services etc.. and I was sooo wrong... this machine is built to last, I felt that even before I took it out from that plastic bag

Solid and beautiful combination of aluminium and rugged plastic! Oh and even tho I love Obsidian name/logo I asked John to ship my unit without any logos, names, stickers. I want it Stealth!

Performance wise haven't got time yet to test it, but I knew what's enough for me and what performance I'll get from it. IPS panel is great as well, nice solid colors and viewing angles (a bit of bleed never hurt anyone ).

What else ?! Clevo's are great machines, Obsidian-PC is a best reseller/service provider in EU, trust me no need to look further, I've been there, done that and after long time wasted on research came back to Obsidian-PC ant their Clevo machines.
