    Spoke to Larry@LPC-Digital on the phone, he was polite and answered all my questions. Went online and placed the order, now it's time to wait! I'll update this thread as the process moves along.

    11/26/2016: Spoke with Larry, placed order online.
    11/27/2016: Verified credit card address.
    11/30/2016: Order status updated to "Customized Building and Testing"
    12/04/2016: It's shipped! Estimated delivery date of 12/07/2016 (via UPS)
    12/07/2016: It's here! I'll post my first impressions later today.

    Hi Sharphawk, did you play with your new rig yet? Just wondering how was the 120Hz display holding up - not many reviews on it.

    That's a hefty rig you got there, with the Prema Bios! Great review - very detailed. But I guess the display on yours is different. I was interested in the 15.6 1080p 120Hz AUO TN G-sync display option given for the NP8153 (P650RS). Not much info on the net for that particular screen type so far. Your 3K screen does look beautiful!

    The 3K screen on 17.3" size ie perfectly readable, if you go for the same screen on a 15" laptop, then I guess you would have to do some DPI scaling which works in some apps great, and in others looks blurry or messy. I'd go for FHD / GSYNC if I were to buy a 15.6" screen/laptop

    Yeah, I guess that is why they have only the FHD 1080p 120Hz available at the moment.

    I wouldn't mind 1440p tho. I find it to be a middleground for 15.6inchers with the kind of beast GPUs out there.
