I admit at first I was a little unsure to go to another reseller than the highly rated Obsidian and XMG. But at the time (it was in January), they didn't have the model+screen I was looking for, so I explored other options.

laptopparts4less.frl caught my eyes because it was comparatively quite cheap, relatively close geographically, and in spite of having little reviews here, had a lot of good ones on TrustPilot.

@Frits@LaptopParts4Less has been very responsive and communicative through the whole (a little long, my bad) e-mail conversation we had before I finally made my decision. FYI (because that was one of my questions), they don't outsource RMA/servicing.

After the purchase, there was just a little mismatch with a cable for an additional charger I had ordered, but Frits sorted it out quickly as well!

My work also recently ordered a bunch of 6 Clevo N850HL from Frits, and so far over a sample of 7 machines there hasn't been any troubles ;)

Of course I think most resellers shine or fail when actual troubles happen - which I hope never will :D But I have to say that so far the experience was great!

Congrats on your new Clevo! It looks like a solid machine and should last quite awhile.
