Ordered a EVOC P775DM3 from HIDEvolution.

Hey guys after much research and creeping om this forum I've finally ordered a EVOC P775DM3 from HID.

@Donald@HIDevolution was incredibly useful and helpful in the ordering process. He took about an hour to walk me through everything I asked and was very truthful about alot of my questions and even saved me money in some places.
@Phoenix also helped a complete stranger in this ordering process and helped bring me up to date with perma bios and such.

Congratulations my friend! Very nice specs.

The best thing you did is to order a delidded CPU that will help keeps the temps down by as much as 10C from the stock CPU temps

What a beast! I'm jealous of the screen.

 

looking at a similar system. How is the screen brightness, and does it have that banding? is it annoying or ok?
Trying to decide between this, or an MSI which has only 1080 but better color matching but not as powerful CPU.

 

how can he answer your question when he *just*ordered it? why don't you wait until he updates this thread and tells us that he received it.

On a side note, I have an MSI GT73VR Titan Pro and it has the best screen my eyes has ever seen so far. 120hz / 5ms and very vivid and bright colors for a TN panel. Everything on it is so smooth. But let's not discuss more as to not hijack the OP's purchase thread. Feel free to create a new thread maybe others who actually own the laptop can chime in.
