So I ordered my schmancy new Malibal on the 10th. It was supposedly going to take between 5-7 business days to ship out to me. Guess what just got delivered today, the 16th!

    Ohhh I'm excited.

You guys had me all ready to wait many extra days, what a pleasant surprise! Now to open up this box and giggle like a schoolboy

Hi, 5-7 business days is the average build time - but we often ship out even sooner - like in your case. :)

Looks like I was victim to the same sneakiness :D Ordered on 11/25, shipped (from NY!) on 11/30, should be here 12/02. I was expecting something like 12/14 - had no idea it was even built yet until today when it was already in my state... Another shock was that UPS' original estimate was 12/07 so this will be an early delivery

Just curious synce, did you choose regular or rush built time with your order? I ordered on 11/25 also. The wait is the worst part! :)

Wow, that's impressive. I ordered mine on the 26th and it's yet to ship. I think they really piled up a lot of orders those two days due to the specials. That suprise upgraded shipping sounds like a very welcome surprise. :)

I'm guessing you are benefiting from the backorder - Malibal has a lot of orders that were submitted before yours, but can't be processed because they are waiting on 95% matte screens - so they are able to process your order before those ahead of it - which means speedy service for you!
