Just got my P650HP few days ago.

What to say? The machine is great. The guys at Obsidian are even greater. I thanked them a lot already because they put so much effort and passion in what they do and I think this is one (if not THE) most important aspects when buying something online.

There might be distance, since I'm from Italy, but if the reseller is passionate you'll never feel alone if you ever need anything. Yeah distance might make repair operations (or similar) a bit more annoying than usual but whatever, there is always a little tradeoff since the perfect e-shop (especially for niche products) doesn't really exist. The fact they will try their best to support the buyer is already over the par IMHO.

Now, my system is a P650 with:
    - 7820HK
    - GTX1060
    - 512gb SSD m.2 pm961 (which wasn't even listed and they added on the list after I e-mailed them)
    - 1Tb HDD
    - 32gb (16x2) 2133 Kingston HyperX
    - standard 1080p display
    - italian RGB keyboard

If I have to find any cons of this machine I would say it's a fingerprint magnet on its metallic parts so if you are a maniac and you want to show it always perfect, you might get a little crazy :D. Also the sound system is average, not bad for sure but you can feel a little about the lack of a subwoofer so it doesn't really push out superb and warm low frequencies. But well, both of these are not really important to me and it's not even something related to the reseller itself.

What more can I add? I love the attention they put into the cooling system which, in my opinion, is the MOST important thing on such a particular machine. Cooling down the highest tier i7s is a hard business and they take care of it very well by lapping and repasting it with Thermal Grizzly. In addition they also test the system and check for eventual thermal throttling before preparing the shipping. As if this wasn't enough they also ship the machine with their super app for updates and cpu profiles (which included a fully stable and undervolted overclocked profile at 4.0Ghz).

One last thing? They are very kind, very helpful and super fast at answering you for any support you need via chat or e-mail. And by super fast I mean that during working time you can often get an answer in a couple of seconds.

With this feedback I don't want to look disrespectful to any other Clevo reseller since this is one is my ONLY experience with Clevo to date. Anyway i find my experience with Obsidian to deserve a 10 out of 10 and that's why I cannot think of anything that someone else could have done better honestly. I'm really happy of my choice :D.

PS: packaging was also top notch. I was almost thinking i got trolled since it was a sort of matryoshka with a triple box.

PPS: the price I paid for the machine was also in line with many other resellers. It's not even like they are expensive so i guess that I might give it a

    Nice machine!

I also think it's funny that Italy to Portugal is far. My reseller is in my country, but I'm on the East Coast of the U.S. and they're like 2000 miles away in California.
