I put in a ticket for repairs months ago, Ticket #: 8123823 . This was back in August. The problem has escalated and now my machine won't even turn on. I can't get hold of the company via phone call, email or support ticket. It seems like Mythlogic only responds on this forum and so I'll try here. I paid for the 3 year warranty precisely in case this happened, so I need to send it in for repairs.
Please respond ASAP so I can start getting my $2500 machine repaired. Thanks!

There are three threads merely on the first page of the Clevo re-seller forum about issues in gaining assistance from Mythologic, which appear to still be unresolved (Except through credit card disputes). There are also more threads further back about similar issues. It would be nice for this issue to have a more positive outcome... Good luck.

No this has not been resolved. @mythlogic has not logged in since January 9th, has not responded on facebook (although he has seen it), and has my laptop. I'm going to give it one more week and then send in a Demand letter stating that they either need to repair my computer or send me back my broken computer plus the cost the remaining years of the warranty that they aren't honoring. I don't want to take this to small claims court, but if that's what it takes to get my machine back and in working order, I will.

At 4am last Sunday I received a message from Mythlogic stating that they were waiting on a keyboard and it should be ready in 2 weeks. They promised to keep me updated, so we'll see. -

Update:
I got my laptop back. They cleaned it up and installed a fresh operating system but little else. They gave me a report and said that some of the repairs were not covered under warranty and that the ones that were required parts that would take 3 to 5 weeks to receive.
According to the timestamp on the pictures they sent me, it's clear that they didn't even look at my laptop until I started talking about sending in a police report. Perhaps if they had done it in November when I sent in the laptop, I would have had the covered parts. No consideration was given, and no apology or explanation was given for all the extra time it took.
Whatever reputation this company used to have, it is now an embarrassment to the industry as far as I am concerned. For those of you who still have outstanding orders with them, you can still get your machine back, but new customers should stay away.slimmolG and Spartan@HIDevolution like this. -

Yup. A lot of people complain/note that HIDevo is a little more expensive, but they have a good rep and appear to be here for the long run. I am a strong supporter of small businesses and startups, but I certainly give a company's reputation significant weight in my decisions.

Imo I would pay a bit more to get properly fitted heatsink from the start. Plus both are prema reseller.

The company was dissolved last year. They don't even exist anymore. Just a shell of their members or one person is probably doing work if they are threatened with legal action.
Someone posted proof last year that they 'applied' for dissolution. -
So who is that one person still existed on behalf of the company, and why would that person still want to represent the entire company
