So far my experience has been great.
Initially, I ordered a laptop through Xotic on June 6. I interacted with them several times via chat and, to be honest, while Xotic was responsive, they provided canned responses to my follow up questions on progress.
On June 19th, my order was still in Phase 1. At that time I made the difficult decision to cancel my order.
I then chatted with Mythlogic and felt confident with their responsiveness and sincere interest in understanding my computer needs and finding out more about my config before committing to a build date. Once I submitted my build, they confirmed availability and I made my payment via credit card after hours. They responded to my payment immediately and began working on the machine.
Order status on their website was regularly updated and I received a UPS shipping notification/tracking number yesterday. So, laptop ordered on June 19, shipped on June 25.
I will provide any further updates as they occur.
FYI - to be balanced, Mythlogic did not offer any specials and/or discounts, NBR or otherwise, which needs to be weighed into a purchasing decision.

You did play with a CC, no one discounts CC purchases. I believe they offer a 'cash' discount do they not? Also a military one and I'm sure most resellers will be offering up their back to school specials for students soon.

One other correction to your computer specs. Mythlogic's computers are not Sagers. Congrats on the new computer! Mythlogic is indeed great.
