My experience with Mythlogic is remarkably similar to one that was just posted. At least with regards to timeline and communications.

BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): Their communication post sales is poor, and it takes a long time to get the computer out to you. But they are top notch when it comes to customizability and do an excellent job building the lapstops. I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered my Nyx 3713 on 13 April, and just got it late last week (May 14th, to be exact). And that was after complaining about it taking too long and telling them I needed it for a business trip I am on this week. They did upgrade my shipping to 3 day select in order to get it on time, and I did get a military discount, which was nice.

I was able to customize it to my liking (2 m.sata drives in raid 0, with no mechanical HDD, some other things that you can't get directly from Sager). Full specs in the spoiler.

Packaging was very good (I heard you like boxes, so I put a box in a box in a box...) Yes, three boxes inside each other, with the PC in the final inside box along with another box that had the extras (HDD mount, thermal paste, drivers and Win 7 disk, Owners Manual, T-Shirt)

Notebook is great, on the desktop is a folder with a list and results of all benchmarking they did, including games they played (yes, they play a couple hours worth of games to stress test the system). Given that I have 2x 980ms in SLI, they must of had fun playing games with all options turned on. No bloatware on system, and all the drivers are up to date.

Overall, I would buy from them again, but if you do purchase from Mythlogic, be aware of the time, and the lack of communication.

    Hey

Like I said, I would buy another Mythlogic if I was in the market for a laptop (or desktop) again in the future.

To clear up what I said, also; when I emailed back and forth with Josh about buying one, the responses to emails were near instantaneous. Once I pulled the trigger and bought it (two days after I email Josh, so it wasn't a long back and forth), responses to questions were 24-48 hours in coming, and occasionally, I had to resend to get an answer. Not terrible, but not good. And my computer status from your webpage, stayed on 'Payment Processed' for about two weeks before I emailed asking for an update. That night it moved to parts ordered, or whatever the next step was, and stayed there, until is was built and shipped. If you are going to have an online status checker, you should update it daily. Or just do away with it, so there are no false expectations of information.

Either way, it was an overall good experience, and I would buy another Mythlogic PC.
