I ordered a MYTHLOGIC Phobos 1715S June 2016, received it about a month later. I was very pleased with the quality of the computer, it was everything that I wanted in a gaming laptop.
It worked great until one day in May 2017 it wouldn't turn on at all. Started a repair ticket and it was decided that it would have to be sent in to physically diagnose the problem. I asked if it was still covered under warranty because it was within a year of purchasing and they confirmed that parts and labor would be covered.
Over the course of a few weeks the the laptop arrived there, was diagnosed, and it was determined the motherboard failed and the warranty department would work on a replacement or repair.
After a month of no response I called the company, mid-July, and someone there went to check on the status of the repair, and told me they were waiting on a package of parts from one of their distributors. I asked him kind of jokingly if it would take another month but he said, no that it should be coming any day now.
It's been two months since I've had any communication from Mythlogic. There's been no response to the comments on my repair ticket, and I cant get a hold of any one either on their online chat or by phone.
So I searched the internet to see if something was going on or if it was just me and came across several threads on this forum with people experiencing the same lack of communication. There seems to be a company representative here that is responding to some of these problems so I'm posting here to see if I can get some help with finding out what is going on with this laptop as I have no other options at this point.
I want to give this company the benefit of the doubt, because I really did like the laptop I ordered from them, but I feel like I paid too much money to get this poor of customer service.

To clarify, I was looking for a time frame for the repair and/or an explanation for what was taking so long. I'm sorry if you've been working on this but no one has gotten back to me via email yet.

Posting here to ask mythlogic to please send the laptop back to me. I have no indication you are willing or able to repair it so please return it and I will try somewhere else.
