Few days ago I had submitted a RMA request to [email protected], but I still haven't received a single response for the instruction.
I checked on their live support website, not available
I hit on their Facebook page and messenger, no response
I hit on their Twitter page, no response
I emailed to their [email protected], no response
I even hit on their account on NotebookReview forum here, still no response
I emailed to two of the employees in the hope of response, no response
I call their phone number, received "the person you are trying to reach is unavailable" in British accent
Are they going out of business? What am I suppose to do with my defective Mythlogic laptop then?
Hopefully I will get some response here.
EDIT: Can someone move this post to Reseller Forum? Or I will create a new one

You have to keep bugging them here. It took me a few days but they sent me an RMA label a little while ago. I imagine once you get it and send the computer in, you'll have to keep bugging them for updates too
