Although I had a reasonable purchase experience with Mythlogic, warranty service has been less than stellar. Laptop arrived with a malfunctioning O key that only works 50% of the time. Got them to agree to send a replacement easily enough, which is great because it's a simple enough component to replace--but that's all the praise I can give. Between the end of April and now, the only thing that has happened is them asking me to send them a photo of the key. I've called in probably four or five times since, and each time all I've gotten is a vague, noncommittal answer about them handling the replacement. It's not the end of the world to me since I use an external keyboard, but it really does make me wonder just how long I would be computerless if something major went out and I had to RMA it.
