    4/7:
Ordered a P870 and paid on 3/22. As of today, the order is still on payment complete after 12 business days. I called in a few times and was told that they've been waiting on a chassis shipment this whole time, and that it would probably arrive early next week. On the last call, the CS rep also claimed that the average turnaround time was 17-20 business days rather than the 15-17 advertised on their website.

Aside from the long wait, I don't really have any complaints thus far. They did their best to answer all my inquiries in a timely fashion whenever I contacted them except for an e-mail a few months ago, but all my calls and e-mails since then have been promptly answered. Their prices are very reasonable, and they also offer to let you send in parts if you already have some (although naturally they're not covered under the warranty). I do understand that they're builders rather than resellers, but it does seem like they could trim a good week or two off their average build queue latency if they kept parts in inventory.

    EDIT 4/8:
Order has gone into the build queue.

    UPDATE:
Went into testing on 4/11. Shipped on 4/20, should get here on 4/26. Total time: 21 business days. Took a bit longer because the SSD I had shipped to them was DOA. Customer service was respectful and helpful, contrary to a few reports I've read here and in line with most other things I've heard about Mythlogic. Definitely a long wait, and I think that if they optimized their process and kept things in inventory they could cut it to two weeks or less, but living in California means that they're by far the most cost-effective option.
    FINAL UPDATE:
    Arrived on 4/26, as promised.
