    Just purchased and have received a Nyx 3713 Black from Mythlogic.

    I had a budget of about 2500 to spend on a new laptop after my much loved Malibal system bit the dust.

    I contacted Malibal about repairs, but ultimately decided to purchase a new machine. I asked the tech support guy to forward my email to Malibal sales staff because I wanted to give them first shot. I never heard from them, so I went shopping.

    I checked in with Alienware, Xotic, Falcon Northwest (damn they have some nice gear), MSI, and probably 5 other companies. I configured, reconfigured, and learned that I know almost nothing about the last few generations of hardware.
    I sent a couple of emails, but what hooked my interest the most was the live chat I had at Mythlogic. One Smart Nerd at the other end of the chat spent better than 30 minutes the first time and 30 minutes the second time getting me up to speed
    on what I wanted, what I needed and what I should spend. He (they) answered open ended questions like "What would you buy for your yourself" honestly and with detailed information.

    A few days after the second chat, I had an email exchange with Josh. A very friendly and again very informative guy who was more interested in making me happy than making a sale. I've owned some type of computer or another from
    the days when a 40MB harddrive for a 286 was lavish and this was by far the best prepurchase experience I've ever had. I started ignorant, and ended up making an informed decision thanks to the help of the Mythlogic team. The actual
    purchase was a pair of Paypal transactions that were smooth as silk.

    Waiting on the system was the hard part. I'm confident that this system was put through it's paces (I even have benchmarks created by the Mythlogic assembly guys). I'm confident in the warranty and the insurance. I'm confident that should

    Unwrapping revealed one minor flaw, but that was handled via email (on a SUNDAY).

    The custom wrap was designed by Tim, took him two tries to get what I had in my head.


    I highly recommend these guys, they are simply awesome.

    DUDE, that system is way too old, saw it in Egypt 5000 years ago...no seriously that looks fantastic! :)

    That is awesome.. I wish they would allow me to purchase/upgrade a warranty at a later time.

    So far they absolutely refuse to work with me. Ive spoken to Josh and a couple Smart nerds.. but man... I'm REALLY bummed out.

    Look's like Malibal will end up getting my money.
