I recently purchased a Pollux 1612 from Mythlogic, which is based on the Clevo P150EM. I want to talk about Mythlogic's service as well as their product.
I had been shopping for a computer for several months, because I had very specific wants and needs (and partly because computer shopping is the only shopping that doesn't make me want to pull my hair out). I need my computer to fill two roles: first and foremost, it's my portable entertainment companion. I spend a lot of nights in hotels because of work, and since I have a little baby at home, hotels are the only place I get to play games nowadays. Secondly, I use it at the office, so I need something with an understated appearance. I took a long time deciding, because I was torn between power and portability. Eventually, I decided to just man up and carry the extra weight, and I'm glad I did.
Anyway, when I finally made my decision to go with a powerhouse of a computer, I started shopping for resellers. I decided to give Mythlogic a shot, because they seemed to have the best quality control. I live on an island in the West Pacific, so shipping is no small matter. It was critical to me that the computer arrive in good condition, because I wan't willing to send it back for a replacement trackpad or some such nonsense. Mythlogic installed all the software, ran a bunch of stress tests, and even included the resulting benchmarks and temperatures in a folder on the desktop. When I first contacted them, I used their online chat support to answer a couple tech questions about the hardware, and that really helped me make a decision about what to select (I was vacillating on video cards and network adapters). The "Smart Nerd" was also able to give me shipping estimates for various carriers, and they were able to accommodate my non-standard requests easily. They simply said to place the order without any shipping, and include a note explaining the circumstances. I promptly got an email back from them, and the gentleman that sent the email became my contact throughout the process from order placement to delivery.
There were a couple of hangups in the process, such as my payment method not registering correctly, and paying for shipping separately, and no matter what we encountered, Mythlogic (via the representative I mentioned above) remained professional. I'm a pilot on a privately owned corporate aircraft, so for me, professional is a very serious word, and I don't toss it around casually. The computer is completely stable and in the few days that I've owned it, I haven't found one single defect. I realize that one doesn't expect any defects on a newly purchased computer, but when you have an ODM product that's resold by various companies, it's hard to know what to expect. One of the things I like is that all the drivers are available for download from their website, sorted by OS, and sequenced for proper installation.
I can easily recommend both Mythlogic and the computers they sell.

I was gonna do a review of my laptop (same as yours) and also mythlogic but this short review pretty much sums up my experience as well:
I live abroad in Asia, so I want shipping to be handled well, they used DHL and a extremely protective packaging, a box filled with plastic stuffing (not sure what's the name for those) and it's so big that I had to dig my hands into the box to find where the actual laptop box was lol
Their email response was extremely fast. I decided to switch my graphic card about 4 days after I ordererd and glad to hear they would change it for me even though the laptop was assembled.
The DVD box containing all the utility drive etc was really nice.
It felt really nice to be able to just sent an email to ask and get a response in a short time
overall, 10/10 for you guys -
Mythlogic has been great to me as well and I'm happy I went with them. The biggest reason I chose them isn't so much for the great product they produce, but for how they react when things break or don't go right. Computers can have a plethora of unpredictable issues no matter how well they are constructed and programmed, but having a company help you in every way if these issues come up is priceless.
