Mysn.de got some questions for ya please ( p370em Owners pls check)

First of all , hello all here in NR forum and thanks for almost everything!
it's my first post here so is not possible to send pm to mySN.de and I believe that this may also provide some information to other users too.


I am going to place my order on clevo P370em, Xmg p722 .

The setup will go like this:

CPU: i7 3630QM 2.4 to 3.4ghz
Ram: 8gb Corsair Vengeance ( 2 x 4096 modules) 1600mhz
Hdd: 750gb / 8gb Sata III seagate
Gpu: Ati HD Radeon 7970M single Gpu (later on will be crossfire)

And here goes the questions, please I know you are busy (lots of orders) but find some time to answer these as detailed as possible.

1st) while the above setup will be placed with one-single graphic card do you also provide the two Gpu fans? The right one is for the main Gpu but the second also provides cooling by one pipe to CPU and I really want to know if you provide both in single Gpu setups.

2nd)Matte screen over Glossy screen.
I like the glossy screen, I have no problem with reflections etc as I found that gaming with a glossy screen makes gaming little bit nicer and colours seems kinda more colorful than in matte.
Is glossy the same as matte , from technical internal view ? Or I missing something?

3rd) can you check out if the p722 xmg fits in Swissgear Pegasus backpack as I would like to order Swissgear Pegasus from you to have a complete purchase.
Please can you check if fits in properly? Thank you.

4th)Do you check the system for defective equipment-errors etc in setups without software installed windows 7/8 orders?

5th)I want to order from mysn.de as it is the site that it suggested to me and not from mysn.eu/mysn.uk I see that you ship in Greece is that correct?

Thanks MrDj I came in contact through live chat via mysn.uk they told me to come in contact with mysn.de as they are "different"shops and I have to request further info there.
This topic though it's open if they like to answer here too for everyone who seek the same info.
They seem trusted shop as many of the peeps before me mentioned even if they are .de .uk .eu. .

OK, let's go.

0) While mySN.de and mySN.co.uk might be different shops, we all provide the same hardware and services.
1) We sell the barebone just as Clevo ships them. They ship units with 1 GPU and 2 fans and they ship units with 2 GPU and 3 fans. The "first" GPU is the single one, not the one connected to the CPU heatsink. You may rest assured that this setup provides enough cooling for all purposes.
2) Glossy and matte are different panels and (more importantly) have a different surface structure. Both are high quality, but typically the glossy one tends to have a little bit more contrast. If reflections don't bother you, you may go for glossy.
3) This should fit but let us double-check tomorrow.
4) Yes, we do our routine stress tests to check the whole equipment so our shipment is error-proof.
5) Both shops ship to Greece and to all other EU countries. So it doesn't really matter where you order. If you are OK with the german website, go to mySN.de. Our Leipzig support team has no problems handling english-speaking customers.

/edit Addition to 1) Of course we do a bit more than just selling these barebones. For example we replace all CPU and GPU thermal paste with high quality compounds and we double-check the heatpipes for any irregularities.

Sorry, it does not fit so well. The P370EM is a bit too wide and a bit too thick for the Pegasus Bag.
The P370EM is 41.9 x 28.6 x 4.97 cm whereas the Pegasus Bag only takes 40 x 30 x 4 cm.
