Lets talk about the german clevo-builder Mysn.de aka Schenker Notebooks.
I got my P170HM from them (through my local computer store) and well i am very pleased. The email contact was very nice and they answered all my questions. They also answer questions of users on there facebook site.

=> i don´t regret to have bought from them and i will do it again (in ~~ 2,5 years)

Mysn has a very good reputation indeed. Perhaps I'll buy the Clevo P180HM from them :)

What ever you do, just don't order from Kobalt Computers. They are in a horrible place right now (I suspect they have been for quite some time) with huge problems delivering and communicating on time.

The ones from germany already know that mysn is a great reseller.

I think it is more informative for european interested clevo purchasers, that afaik germany has the best prices for clevo products in the EU. Mysn ships within the EU via UPS for 35€ and contact in english is perfectly possible.

This no commercial, I haven´t mine from mysn ;-). Just an information for all those european interested.

The best thing about MySN, as I think, is that they need from 3 days to 2 weeks to assemble your order, while other companies, which I know, need from 3 to 4 weeks.

So ... I got my first laptop breakdown ...
(issues with the 485m gtx - artifacs while gaming and random freezes  )

    Sent the laptop to Mysn
    => 1,5 weeks later
=> laptop back with new grafics card

=> very good service from the side of mysn :notworthy:

How is that a problem? You can basically email them if you have ANY questions and there isn't anything to misunderstand, and btw how come you don't use google translate? It's getting to the point where anyone can translate any site and still get the message without misunderstanding the slightest thing :)

Hello mySN was wondering what options you offered for thermal paste, I can't seem to find any on your website, but then again I don't speak german . ^^
Also wondering if you can configure the msata ssd cache drive as the boot drive ? or is that not possible/useless?

They offer the high end arctiv silver compound on most of their notebooks.

also as far as I know, they automatically configure the mSATA drive a boot if you ask them to under "Anmerkungen" when your order a laptop ;)
They will, when it gets released. :D

And I noticed for the XMG P502 if you do not chose to add an optical drive, there is no option to add another HDD, I know that on other clevo/sager resellers there is this option, so is it possible on mySN? because I would like mine without the optical drive, so I can have a SSD as my main drive and a normale hardrive alongside it ... ^^

Thanks thats nice to know, but I can't find the option anywhere, is it done automatically in every machine, or do you have to select it somewhere?

EDIT : i just had a look at their website again and I couldn't find "Anmerkungen" anywhere...

Yes they don't offer that for some reason. But it is possible indeed that's why they sell the ODD's.

What you can do is write if you would like to buy a additional HDD under Ihre Anmerkungen :)
Order a laptop with In den Warenkorb, then go to Zur Kasse at the top right corner with a basket on it, then choose payment options etc etc. end with Weiter im Bestellprozess.

After that you are at step 2 of 5, and at the bottom of the page there's something called Ihre Anmerkungen (255 verbleibende Zeichen): which means "Your comments (255 characters left, they dont want a letter hehe :p)"

That wasn't the Amnerkungen, but still :D that was what I was talking about ;) enjoy

But do not take my word for pure gold, if you are in doubt, ask them, it's been quite a time since I've talked to them about this.

So I noticed. But that's just when the GPU will be available.

You can pre-order it right now, you'll see the "Verfügbarkeit" going all red when you select it, because they haven't got it yet :)

    Intel® SSD 330 Series (120GB, SATA 6Gb/s, 25nm, MLC)

You are correct it is indeed SATA-III. I belive MySN.de confused them with the 320 series which are SATA-II.

I think its because you only have sata2 connector instead of the optical drive. So it uses sataII connections, even if it is sataIII ssd.

Well that's strange. Most of our customers received that mail just fine. It might have to do something with the Encoding options. Let's blame ASCII! :D

Anyway, the content in a nutshell: Radeon HD 7970M has been delayed due to technical difficulties (which are explained in detail). We expected shipment soon-ish but we didn't have a confirmed date.

Now thing's have changed: we now have a confirmed shipping date (just as everyone else) and we expect to receive the shipping on 13/14th of June in Leipzig, Germany. There's going to be a party.. ;)

I'm just curious as to why the 95% gamut displays are not being offered as an option, this is kind of the dealbreaker for me.

Yes it's quite odd, but the 95% gamut might look beautiful and it surely is.. but I wouldn't say that it's something necessary to buy a Clevo gaming laptop

people overextend their needs and frankly it just gives you better visual effects nothing else, was a deal break for me too, but if I was to purchase a Clevo I would somewhat not give a damn about the screen (unless I can't change to matte haha)

A beautiful XMG P502 is on my desk!
    Everything is working great.
    3dmark 11- 5690 on the original drivers.
the matte screen is astonishing. the sound is much better then my old asus g50vt. the ssd is ridiculous fast. no singel bug found yet.
    I can easily recommend mysn.de

    Thank you!
