After some time searching a new laptop, finally I decide buy one XMG. The EU site was down so I do it all in German one.
All seems ok and I order one U705
7/10/2015 the order was placed
13/10/2015 the order was finished and passed to the logistic distributor UPS who estimate the delivery date on 15/10/2015 and now start my nightmare.
All address I introduce to MYSN.de is in SPAIN as I check in my order several times in mysn.de and in the mails that I receive from mysn.de so I don't do a mistake.
But for any reason I don't know UPS has Deutschland country as destination and now my order is hold in Düsseldorf !!!???? With no estimated delivery date.
I just send an email to mysn.de and try to call UPS but is so early for the moment.

15/10/2015: I speak with UPS and they tell mysn.de pass wrong the destination country so now they know the properly destination country and that means a long delay, around Tuesday of next week if I am lucky.

15/10/2015: I just speak with mysn.de also and yes, the unique solution is wait but I am happy with the word of mysn.de about they will try to push UPS in order to do it more quickly.
Any suggestion?

um...wait until regular business hours start and then try to speak to them and make sure that they didnt make a mistake with the shipping adress? seems to me an awful lot of drama here, especially considering its barely even the 15th yet.

You're right but is first time I have this kind of problem in an international delivery.
As you say let's see what happens in next hours and which is the solution from mysn.de and UPS

It maybe ups's fault even though they say it's not!!! If mysn admit they made a mistake ask if they can pay extra to ups get it shipped to you faster.

youre in good hands there, ive bought my current machine from xmg and their service and communication was absolutely outstanding i recommend them any time i can. sure, there are cheaper vendors out there, but in the end u get what u pay for

After mistake from mysn.de on the destiny country finally I get my XMG laptop and now a new wold is open in front of me LOL
the product is great, and powerfully, thanks to mysn.de

Hi,good evening, I want to add that the original batery doesn't works properly, never arrives to 100% and today I have a new replacement that works fine.

that can indeed happen frequently with new batteries. normally it helps to do a full charge cycle (drain battery until machine switches off / recharge to 100% without stop / repeat once if necessary). in most cases thatll correct the % display and let ur battery charge up to 100% again. so normally no need for a battery exchange
