Purchased Sager NP8651 special from LPC digital.

8/10/15 - order placed and payment mailed
8/13/15 - order processed and sent to factory
8/19/15 - custom build process started
8/22/15 - final testing before shipping
    8/25/15 - order shipped
    8/26/15 - order received.

Delivery was on time as indicated at the time of order.

Upon opening the box, I noticed the left palm rest area is warped. There is a dent on the edge and the aluminium that make up the left palm rest is warped upward. Packing box shows no significant damage but there is a large indentation that was made on both the outer and inner box. I was annoyed to have this happen to a new computer.

I contacted LPC and provided pictures for them to file a claim with UPS. Larry assured me that this isn't a factory defect. I hope this gets resolved quickly with painlessly. Will update as it progresses.

We are very sorry for this UPS shipping issue. It is obvious that the box was mishandled by them. UPS is very much on this case, we let them know this is urgent.

This is very rare that this would happen, however, this sort a thing can and does happen at times. We will move this along the best we can. :)

I took the laptop to Sager's factory 10 minutes way and they fixed the damages in 3 hours. Thank you Larry for the quick support.
