However, malfunction occurred on the first day when I used it because one of the GPUs did not work. So I decided to return it for refund. Additionally, they told me that I have to pay the return shipment fee by myself.
I got the refund yesterday. However, they charged me $145 unreasonably. First, $125 for TOP CASE SCRATCH. I used the laptop only one day and I am sure that I did not make any damage to the laptop. I have taken some pictures for the laptop just before I return it. There is no SCRATCH on the top case. Second, how did I make SCRATCH on HDD COVER? It's just ridiculous. I even did not touch any screw of the laptop. Disappointed with this reseller. Bad experience.

I'm sorry you had to go through that.
Laptops that fail right out of the box are colloquially called "lemons," and to be fair, almost all laptop vendors have cases of lemons. If you'd like you can try to order from another reseller. Good chance you'll have better luck there. -

I am sorry to hear you had video card problems with the computer.
If you do return it for a refund we will not cover shipping costs, but if you do return it for repair Sager will pay for 3 day return shipping.
Sager does inspect all returns and they will charge if there is anything like scratches. That part we do not have any control over. We can ask Sager to provide pictures of the damage they are referring to if that will help you out. We can also try to talk to them on your behalf. If you'd like me to look into that and see if we can go to bat for you with Sager please do click on my name in my signature and that will open an email to me. Please do email me your order or RMA number. It does sound like these fees were from Sager and nothing from us directly, but again we'll be happy to see if we can help get any of it back. -
