I ordered a laptop on Labor Day weekend, which was a bad idea because I was just staring at different options debating if I made a good choice while they were on holiday... I ordered a P157SM to my desired specs, and well Tuesday morning they put the P150sm-s on sale for a much better deal. After a few emails back and forth with Eddie I got a much better spec’ed laptop for the exact same price. I didn’t need the second HDD bay as I have some Msata’s.

I chose Pro-star because they stock Clevo laptops so no drop shipping extra-long wait times.
I ordered the laptop with rush processing and sure enough it shipped the next business day. After the long 4 business day wait for UPS I received the laptop in pristine condition.

Everything was working well but my 8970M was giving me issues of randomly shutting off and switching to Intel HD graphics. I messaged Jeff here on the forums who told me to contact him via their website. Which I did and have been exchanging emails ever since regarding my issues and what my options were. The whole time he replied promptly and with what I wanted to hear
The final outcome was I ship the laptop back as they do not ship just a video card for the user to replace but I understand why. Since the card may not be bad and may just be driver issues we agreed on an upgrade to a 780m at the difference in price when building a system and free 2 day shipping back if I shipped 2 day shipping to them! I thought this was awesome and am very grateful for their awesome customer service. I am currently waiting for them to send me the invoice to pay for the 780m and will update this thread as necessary but as of right now I am very pleased with Pro-Star and WILL be buying again from them in the future. And will recommend them to anyone who asks!

9-2-2013 Phone call to confirm order, about an hour later I saw the sale and emailed Eddie to change order
9-3-2013 Reorder accepted
9-5-2013 Order shipped!!
9-11-2013 Order received.
9-16-2013 RMA created and order shipped back for 780m upgrade
9-18-2013 Laptop received by pro-star late in the day
9-19-2013 RMA received acknowledgement email.

Pro-Star computers is outstanding. Amazing customer service. Someone always picks up the phone. The tech guys always answer, no wait, and they are extremely bright. They will help even if your device is out of warranty. Once you buy from them, you will never buy elsewhere
