Preparing for a long post....
Back in May of 2013, I decided to get a new laptop. I had Lotus P151HM1 for a little over 2 years and while the unit was still good, I wanted to get rid of my bulky desktop. Having realized some years ago that even mobile GPU was good enough to play all my games (X3 Terran Conflict, Europa Universalis, Crusader Kings, Age of Conan etc etc), I decided to get a DTR and hopefully get rid of some of messy wires in back of my desk.
So, I started to search for 15 ~ 17 inch gaming laptop.
After some weeks, I decided on MSI Haswell GE60 due to its sleek design and being convinced that 765m was adequate enough for my needs. I wanted to use Malibal again since I had a good experience prior but they had only Clevo laptops, so I chose Xotic PC.
But after wasting 4 days just to verify my CC info, I decided to choose another reseller. And that was Pro-Star. Why? No idea really. I just ... randomly chose another reseller and gave them a go.
My order was verified within hours and they shipped it out a day later. (I had rush-order opted in. I always choose rush-order if possible.) The time was about late June.
Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with MSI Haswell GE60 and eventually sent it back for refund. Refund process was painless and they refunded me within 5 days just they said they would. I kinda felt sorry about returning the laptop, so I swore to myself if I order a laptop from US again, I'd choose them.
In the end, I ended up with Asus ROG 750G. I purchased it from NCIX Canada.
After some weeks, I started to search for a small 11 ~ 14 inch laptop with a mid/upper mid GPU. This time, it was to replace my lovely but bulky Lotus P151HM1.
I had 3 choices, the MSI GE40, Lenovo Y410p, and Clevo W230ST. I chose Clevo W230ST on 8th of Aug.
So, I went with Pro-Star again. They verified my order in hours and sent the unit out on 9th and arrived at my door on 12nd.
Unfortunately, the screen was defective. It had a small matrix-like red lines only visible in black and very dark color right on middle. Pro-Star issued RMA without a hassle and I've sent the unit back today.
I will update this. But my experience with Pro-Star has been positive and would recommend them for your Clevo/MSI/ASUS needs.

Received my unit back from RMA today. The screen was replaced and the new screen has no flaw.
They shipped it via UPS Expedited 2-day to Canada, so that was a fast shipping method on their own expanse. UPS ground from CA takes a week to reach Canada for your information. -

Hey alucasa,
While the initial mishap with the screen is tragic, I'm very glad to see that the turnaround time and service was to your liking! Things 'happen' I suppose, so it is good to see that we redeemed ourselves - so to speak.
Thanks for the kudos, and you know how to reach us anytime! -
I didn't opt for LCD dead pixel protection, so I was willing to accept one or two dead pixels, but the screen had a defect which Pro Star said they could not spot. But let's not get into that since the screen was replaced and the new screen has no flaw. The matter is over.
And yes, I am pretty sure I will order from you guys for my next Clevo purchase.
