I posted this on reseller rating but I would like to share it here as well.

"I bought a Satori P170HM from Malibal. First of all, Malibal's customer service is fantastic. I was able to get someone to help me with the purchase at 2:30 AM EST. I needed help buying the laptop using 2 credit cards and they were able to help quickly and efficiently. Malibal's prices are also one of the most competitive among all the reseller and their options to customize your laptop is top notch. I've visited all the other laptop manufacturer's websites, such as Dell/Alienware, HP, Lenovo, Sager, XoticPC, Power Notebook, and Mythologic and found Malibal's prices and customizability were the best for me. They even have options for free shipping and delivery if you ask. I ordered on 10/17 and the laptop came on 10/21 so their delivery time is superb.

The laptop itself is very nice. I got the 17" glossy screen instead of the matte so there is a little glare but not really noticeable. I got i7-2630QM CPU, 16gig 1333 RAM, Radeon 6990M, 80 gig SSD HD, 500 gig HD, intel 6300 wireless, and IC diamond 7 thermal coumpound all for about $1800. I haven't tried any games on it yet, but Windows Experience Index gave the following scores, CPU-7.4, RAM-7.6, Graphics 2D/3D-7.6, and Primary Hard disk-7.7. The laptop comes with all the basic drivers and software on 1 CD so doing a fresh Windows install is easy. If there is any cons I feel about the laptop I would have to say it's the weight.

Overall the experience with Malibal was very good and I wouldn't buy a laptop from any other company. My experience with my laptop is also very good, but since it's still new, I would have to use it for a while to make a thorough assessment."
