I really hope I posted at the correct location. And I hope this forum is 2x more active than the forum in Xoticpc. I already emailed and sent a ticket and I was hoping if I post here I'm able to get a faster resolve if I do have to do a refund so I don't need to pay the 15% skin peeling cost. If I do, do a return which other company should I buy from alienware or malibal? Those are the only other 2 I know about.
Issues:
(1.)-Skin Issue:
Well I'm a bit clueless that I'm supposed to do... I ordered the skins but the skins were in some places and the skins have bubbles under them and they also want to peel off so easily I have to keep them pressed(with my fingers) down all day today. The places where the skins were cut it was cut very crudely almost like it was cut using a box knife. And the wrinkles in the skin is also annoying.
(2.)-Wireless Card Issue:
How come I get more worse connection with this laptop than my MSI FX603? (I bought the intel ultimate 6300 for the sager)
(3.)-Battery Issue:
hur hur battery.... But if I try to start the lappy without the power brick it just doesn't want to turn on and the only way to turn it on is with the power brick.

I hope you don't pull a "HP" by saying it's my router's fault. (Once before w/ hp's costumer service they kept on saying it was my router's fault so I've pretty much changed the router like near 15 times within a 2 month period. bestbuy wasn't happy >.>)

We can often upgrade parts after the sale, when you're ready to do so we can take figure that part out then along with warranty coverage details. -
Well, I'm just pay 89$ for the skin re-do. So is there like a special link that I can click. And the A panel skin was scratched when I first opened it up.
And weren't you advertising that the skins are tucked in too?

KoolEssence - I am sorry I think there might be some confusion. You originally emailed in stating that the inside "C" surface had a a couple small bubbles you didn't notice but a friend did. We issued a pick up and offered to re-do this for you at no cost to you.
However when the machine arrived back there were scratches/tears in the back LCD skin (A Surface) that we advised you of and asked if you wanted that re-done. Unfortunately since those scratches/tears in the back LCD skin were not in your original report and additionally not on the machine when it originally shipped to you we would charge for this surface to be redone.
We are taking care of the "C" surface, which was your only reported issue (and your only image of), at no cost to you whatsoever. Again since the machine arrived with a new issue, then what was originally reported, there unfortunately would be a charge for that.
As for the tucking of the skin, all laptops are disassembled for skinning and are tucked where applicable. Some areas have to be cut where tucking is not permitted.
We can do our best to discount it, if you would like it re-done. -

We have emailed you (as listed above) that we are taking care of all issues/expenses to what you originally reported and sent images of at no cost to you whatsoever (C Surface).
Unfortunately we are not able to cover the NON reported issues which were not on the skin when we shipped it to you. Additionally these were not reported to us or provided pictures of at at anytime when we communicated with you what you had concerns with (A Surface). -

hi KoolEssence, I checked with my techs on the skin and they said 3-5 business days left. We want to make sure you dont run into the same problems you did the first time so it will have quality assurance done twice on it. The extra time will allow extra time so we can check the skin to make sure there is no bubbling etc.

I'm enjoying the laptop for gaming not for web-browsing. The web-browsing I keep on getting the "Connection Time Out" I have no idea about that but downloads over steam everything is fine.
And bubble near the hand/wrist isn't fixed but I'm not returning the laptop I think if did I'll waste a ton of time on just that.

So far Xoticpc is very nice and if like very good at handling my order. Even though I like you people I might never reorder from xoticpc because that I want to compare laptops from other company but because xoticpc was my first custom laptop company I'll give it a 150/100.

It could be a browser issue then since you say Steam downloads things properly. Have you tried other browsers? Updated drivers?
I'm not too versed in the skinning process, but perhaps you could use some kinda squeegee to push the bubble out? Or maybe use a needle to pop it and press it down? Could leave a wrinkle if the bubble stretched it..
No idea on the bag lol. It doesn't fit the laptop at all? -
That bubble is kinda like what happens when you don't put glue in a certain area.
The Bag is made for like a 16in(width) laptop and it fits my MSI 15in(screen) laptop just snugly.
