Well, I bought a rig that was just under $3,000 from them a few months back and thought I'd give some kudos where they're due. The computer shipped quickly and was exactly what I was expecting for a good price, but where Malibal really shined is when I started experiencing issues with my laptop earlier this month.

My computer failed to boot (looped reset before BIOS even came up) and I was walked through attempts to fix it before eventually having it RMA'd. Malibal paid for postage both ways and fixed the computer in about a week - needless to say I'm quite happy with them.

My only gripe is that they can be a little hit or miss on communication but other than that they get a big thumbs up.

Happy for you! Glad you had a good experience. I had great exchange with the las Vegas guys as well. I agree with you about the hit or miss communication. Just depends on who is answering the email/pm/chat. Lol.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I was told that my laptop would be delayed due to a part not being in stock - but they ended up pulling the part from a different laptop to make sure mine shipped on time. It's nice to see a company that realizes that buying a higher end laptop begets higher end service.
