    My experience with XoticPC has been a really good experience because this is the first that I ever bought anything outside of the well known brand like HP, Asus, or Dell (most IT people never heard of Sager or XOTICPC before) and from a reseller rather than Bestbuy which I often buying stuff from. Almost everything that I order from XoticPC, I amble to confirm that my PC has them (other than the thermal paste which I am too afraid to open the computer to check).
    Alex from XoticPC had been a great help for me because he helped me through the refund and providing information for me about what I can do with my order. The shipping for my laptop was faster than I expected also. Below is the process of ordering and receiving my laptop

    This is the summary of the condition of my laptop
    I installed my OS without a hassle. I check with Crystal Disk Mark and my SSD is in tip top condition. The same thing with my graphic card, CPU, Killer 1202 N network card. All the ports work. the backlit keyboard is impressive, it put out the good backlighting, not too bright in the dark or too dim. My finger print reader was like a bonus for my laptop which I like it a lot.
    The laptop screen is the stock matte screen. The colors are pretty good too, in my opinion. The laptop is also very quite i cannot even hear any fan during normal operation like web browsing or watching movie. I have not play any games yet cause I am still stuck with my school.
    My laptop is a Sager NP 7358-S it has some extra stuff like
    Killer network card 1202 + $15
    diamond thermal + $35
    SSD 256 MX100 Crucial
    I ask them to take out the HDD which minus $70, I think it is a plus.
    the total is $1089.01
    So far, I like my experience with Xotic a lot and I would buy from you guy again. I also recommended some of my friends to buy from XoticPC
