I recently purchased a P151em1 from ProStar computers and I had a very positive experience. I had a couple questions concerning the model so I called them. I was greeted by a live person and my questions were answered quickly and accurately. The laptop arrived a day early (today!!) and was in excellent condition. I plan on posting a review of the laptop once I spend some more time with it, but I just thought I should stop by and let everyone know that ProStar did a great job in my opinion.

Awesome, gratz. Just my luck though, I often speak with dead people when I call.

Haha very funny. I meant that a person answered the phone and I did not have to go through any automated voicemail crap :)

Sorry I just now got back to this thread. I have been studying for the MCAT so I haven't really had time to do anything else. I live in Alabama and I was able to get my laptop for right at $1,350 after a $30 discount. I downgraded to the 1333mhz ram and saved an extra $50 but they actually put the 1600mhz ram in the machine so that worked out in my favor. Specs are as follows:
    Screen 15.6" 1920 x 1080 Full HD (16:9) Glare Type 95% NTSC Color Gamut Display 1 $95.00 $95.00
    CPU Intel Core i7-3610QM Processor, 2.3 GHz (Max Turbo Frequency 3.3GHz), 6MB Smart Cache 1 $70.00 $70.00
Thermal Compound IC Diamond Thermal Compound - CPU + GPU 1 $35.00 $35.00
    Memory 8GB, PC3-10600/1333Mhz DDR3 - 2 x 4GB 1 ($50.00) ($50.00)
Graphic Cards NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670M w/1.5GB GDDR5 with Optimus Technology for Power Saving
    Hard Drive 750GB/7200rpm 16MB Cache Buffer SATA-300 (SATA II 3GB/s) 1 $20.00 $20.00
    2nd Hard Drive N/A
    Operating System Windows 7 Home Premium Edition 64-bit 1 $80.00 $80.00

I absolutely love the screen even if there is a small amount of glare. It looks fantastic. The IC Diamond was a waste though. I don't think they applied it properly because my CPU temps are rather high. I am waiting on my thermal compound to arrive and will have to reapply it myself.
