My Exceptional Mythlogic Experience

The customer service was amazing from when I started considering my order. I had first planned on buying a P150HM from Origin, but once they stopped the painting on it, it wasn't worth the cost from them. I then started looking for a reseller close to my college, for ease of warranty repair. I came across Mythlogic, who was only around 1hr 30 away from it. I started exchanging emails with Jeff Cline, who I can say is an amazing man. There were over 100 emails even before I ordered, discussing every bit of info. A few days later, very confident, I placed my order. It was about a 20 day wait from me mailing out a check to receiving my first laptop. Yes, I did say first. It was a beauty, perfectly wrapped with a whole bunch of goodies inside with it. Sadly, little did I or they know, I would be a victim of one of the 6970m defective batches. They were quick to respond, and I sent my baby back to them. They said it was going to be a while since they, along with all the other resellers, were researching the issues. I was given the option to either wait for the next shipment of them, in a week or two, or I could get a discounted upgrade to the 485m. I decided to wait, but then the 6990m news came out. I decided to wait, which turned out to be a month. My mistake, not theirs, so I have no blame for them. I finally got my baby as soon as they were able to ship any of them at all. I love it so much, the quality amazes me, as well as the performance. I know I made the right choice by purchasing from Mythlogic, and will be recommending them to many people.
