I had previously ordered the Mythlogic P770ZM for my simulator and have been very pleased with Mythlogic's build and customer service so, when my wife wanted a laptop, I decided to go back to Mythlogic.
She is not a gamer but I wanted to get her a great machine. She is a photographer so she works on photos and stores a lot of them. On this machine I ordered the 6700HQ and the 980M. For drives I got the Samsung 850 PRO 1TB drive for the OS and a 2TB spinner for storage. Also 16GB PC4-17000, 2133MHz DDR4 sticks (2x8). Picked up an external DVD/CD drive so she could load her apps.
The build took 18 business days which matched their advertised build time. Shipping time was perfect and arrived in 3 boxes inside each other. The T-shirt and dog tag is appreciated and the machine was well insulated from shock and damage.
I fired it up to do my usual tweaking that we all do when one comes in. All the correct parts were installed, temps were fine, and I saw where Mythlogic had already ran the benchmarks. I loaded up all my wife's work from an external drive and loaded her apps then gave her the machine.
This is her first machine with an SSD and to say she was blown away by the speed and performance would be an understantment. The crisp graphics, the backlit keyboard, the feel of the machine itself, and the quality of the installed parts made her very happy.
Since I'm a firm believer of: "A happy wife is a happy life for me", I must thank Mythlogic for building an excellent machine and getting it to me in the time frame they promised.
Mythlogic delivered and I am happy and satisfied.

It is great to hear Mythlogic has performed up to your expectations. I'm also interested in Mythlogic as a source for my next laptop. Since you are running simulations with your P770ZM would you comment on the frame rates that you are getting as well as the heat level and fan noise? What type of sim's are you using? Thanks

On the P770ZM built by Mythlogic, I have the sims installed on the m.2 drive (SM951) pulling the scenery files off a Samsung PRO SSD. The cpu is the 4790k and the gpu is the 980M
I'm running Prepar3d v3.2 and FSX Steam. I have the laptop on a U3 Coolmaster mount with 3 fans. I don't notice any noise because I use a headset but, without the headset, the fan noise is fine. Also, the heat level does not approach maximum and there is no cpu throttling even with all the sliders maxed to the right.
I have the frame rate locked at 30 and the sim runs smooth. With FSDT airports and the sliders maxed, I might get an occasional micro-stutter and a couple fps drop but not enough to irritate me.
I would think that getting the latest machine with the desktop 980 gpu rather than the 980M I have would make both run even smoother.
Hope this helps.
