The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Wow read some of this and it is a shame to lose the technical opinions
    and feedback from a reseller.

    I think Malibal was unfortunately wrong on this one. Understandably
    frustrating sometimes dealing with some customers but to publicly
    indicate that the "customer is not always right" can be a big issue
    for future ( perhaps less demanding ) customers looking for feedback.

    I mean companies that provide you a $5 meal can bite their tongue
    and work out issues but another that sells $1.5k-2k computers cant?

    Something amiss with that type of customer relations.

    It's fine to have discussions here, but refrain from personally attacking fellow members of NBR, whether they're customers or resellers--it's just that type of behavior we moderators want to keep off these forums. I've removed a few posts along that line. Keep it in mind, and carry on!
