I have nothing short of "thank yous" being directed to the people around Logical Blue One. They have been ever so splendid to work with and have been very patient with whatever I throw at them. The beginning of my purchase with them I received chocolate in a small bag inside the new laptop . And my initial experience was very good. Few months ago, right after buying the laptop, I received a lemon wireless card. I did not really mind that somehow, but later on, my memory's started to give way and last week I finally decided to RMA it.
Quick and simple RMA process; Jack of LBO walked through the process of returning it and asking me to describe my problem as clearly as possible. Upon receiving, they replaced my 2GBx3 Kingston + 2GB Apacer with 4GB x 2 SuperTalent RAMs and keeping my Apacer RAM intact; thus bumping my configuration to 10GB ! Additionally, they replaced my wireless card, tested it and replaced all the drivers. And now it is working perfectly...and actually it seems so much faster at BOOT as well.
Or maybe I just missed my laptop a lot.
Anyway, props to LBO for handling my laptop very well. Very much recommended for the Australians in the land down under .

I have nothing but praise for the people there. My order process was quick and easy. I swear Jack doesn't sleep, he was always prompt with email correspondence whether it was 4 in the morning or the middle of the afternoon.
The only problem I've ever had with my laptop after around 8 months was that I was having occasional blue screens for the month or so after I received it. The problem was eventually traced to 2 defective ram sticks that i'd installed myself and forgotten to test, all the parts supplied by LBO were fine. *facepalm*
