This is a really late review of my experience with xoticpc.

    Order Placed on 6/28/11
    Shipped on 7/7/11

Here is the config I went with:

    Sager NP8170 / Clevo P170HM
17.3" FHD 16:9 120Hz 3D "MatteType" Super Clear Ultra Bright LED Screen
    2nd Generation Intel® Core™ i7-2720QM, 2.2-3.3GHz
IC Diamond Thermal Compound - CPU + GPU
    nVidia GeForce GTX 485M 2,048MB
    8,192MB DDR3 1333MHz Dual Channel Memory
80GB Intel 320 Series Solid State Drive
    750GB 7200RPM
6X Blu-Ray Read/8X DVDRW Super Multi Combo Drive
    Intel® Advanced-N 6230 - 802.11A/B/G/N Wireless LAN Module

The guys at xoticpc were extremely helpful, they were very patient and answered all of my questions. I never got the feeling that I was wasting their time (I really did ask lots of questions, talked to them on live chat many times and it took me probably a month or two to finally make my order).

When I first ordered I actually had the radeon 6970m card and it was bad, kept having problems with it. I was able to send the laptop back and wait for the GTX580m release and reorder a new laptop with the gtx485m. This was a very easy process. I actually accidently submitted an order twice I believe and got double billed but they took care of that right away as well.

I was hesitant on spending so much money on a laptop from a company I had never heard of before at the time but they did an outstanding job with their customer service.

I've been using this laptop non stop since I've got it, have not had a single issue with it. It has been reliable (important, I am a CS Student).

So I've received this laptop in July of 2011 and has been working great for all of my tasks and been a beast for gaming.

Also want to add that the price seemed to be cheaper than any other around, the lower price didn't mean crappy customer service or a crappy product. Just want to throw that out there for anyone who's concerned about prices being lower.

I hope that this review if anyone has any questions for me regarding my experiences let me know.
