The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I wanted to take a second a create a thread to thank Larry at LPC-Digital and to commend him for his excellent customer service thus far. I've heard a lot of great things about the other resellers, but so far, none of them have even came close to matching up with the responsiveness and courtesy that Larry has shown.

    I'm trying to make up my mind on exactly what I'm going with in a gaming notebook. I have to say, Larry has listened to each of my questions, and answered, most of the time, within an hour or two which is exceptional given that it's a Sunday/Weekend. I've had some PM's out to other resellers/builders on the site, and I still haven't gotten a response from them and it's been several days, so I have to say, that if I'm going with a Sager, LPC-Digital will get my business. Now, still trying to decide between Sager/Clevo and MSI. :)

    Regardless, there are far too many Appreciation threads on the site for Larry to go vastly unnoticed. Cheers Larry, I definitely appreciate the service that you've given.
