I just registered on NBR to give a shout out to Larry from LPC Digital and the excellent service he provided me despite some of the issues I have encountered with the NP9150. As a foreshadowing to this post, I would like to state that I only paid ~ $1570 after shipping to Alaska (which costs nearly $80) for my NP9150 which includes an i7 3610qm, amd 7970m @GB, 8GB RAM @ 1600Mhz, 750GB HDD, DVD x8 drive, standard 1080p gloss screen and a standard backlit keyboard. This was a great price!
Anyway, I ordered my laptop after much email inquiry with Larry, of which he was quick to respond to, on the July 7th and had it shipped to me on the 13th. I then received the laptop on the 18th of July. To my knowledge. this is a quick turn-around time for receiving a laptop from a Sager/Clevo reseller. Because of my urgent need for a computer, and my want to pay with cash for the discount, Larry was able to accommodate my payment method via a direct deposit to the LPC-Digital bank to avoid a long payment processing phase with mailing a check.
Even after purchasing the laptop, Larry has still been able to assist me with all my various inquiries and been helpful with warranty and RMA information, which was almost necessary. This was due to the 7970m that I purchased with the laptop and its dreaded Enduro driver issues that I hope will be resolved an update soon.
Overall, I had a great experience and look forward to purchasing laptops from LPC-Digital in the future and I highly recommend it to all my friends looking for a cheap, yet awesome gaming laptop. Thanks Larry, and thanks LPC-Digital!
