I tried buying a laptop from them and forgot to properly update my billing address to match the card I ended up using. They actually called the number I gave to confirm my identity, apparently they do so for every purchase, that is bloody awesome. They also correctly noticed my IP came from Mexico and took steps to protect what---in their eyes---was likely a victim of identity theft or fraud. My skype call with Larry was also very cool and I have nothing but admiration for someone who cares so much about their business and customers.
It's truly unfortunate that they can only take US cards, though I do understand the reasons for it and do not fault them at all. Although Larry did mention I could use cash option, get in contact with them for their bank details, and send them the money via wire transfer, saving money in the process. I'm likely to do so in the near future. In all, great service, great experience, my only regret is bone--- not having an american card.

I thought LPC-Digital accept PayPal as well?
Also to avoid any confusion, you need to pay $150 extra to HID to upgrade to the 1 year global warranty option, $300 to upgrade to the 2 year global shipping option and so on. I agree completely that it's a good thing to offer for them, but it's not free as the warranty costs more. -

Yes it is true we do not offer global warranty as far as covering the shipping cost to and from the service center in the LA, California area, at least not at this time...
