Oh btw I post this on public forum because Kobalt moderator wont let me post this on their forum.

As most of us know, Kobalt is famous with the delayed in production, i dont mind that cause i believed they have 'good' reason for that. However they like to take our hard earned money first and then do not pro-actively updating us if there is any delay. Instead we are they one that have to ask everytime they missed the ETA.

THIS IS A CONSTRUCTIVE SUGGESTION AND NOT A RANT.... I hope there is a system that can give the customers some peace of mind in waiting for their order.

In my case, I paid my laptop using paypal. After having given fake promises, I am done waiting and decide to open a dispute through paypal since Paypal given a 45 days period for any dispute to be filed. Filing a dispute after 45 days will be very hard. Paypal then decide to hold the fund until the dispute is resolved. GUess what, Kobalt say they cannot fulfill my order anymore as paypal has hold the fund. THAT IS JUST LOL..... Ofc I will closed the dispute once I get my item. But with that say, they still dont want to fulfil my order as paypal holding the fund. I dont want anymore fake promises, so I decide to escalate it for a claim. Paypal is know waiting for Kobalt reply before reviewing the case.

So any other customers who bought anything from KOBALT, make sure you keep track your order and dont let it pass 45 days.

It is some kind of British sale strategy.

More than the theoretical deadline. It was partly also because of the processor as there were shortages in all Europe, most probably they take the money and then order the stuff.

The only problem was the waiting, otherwise things went quite well and I got the extra stuff later from them quite cheap, though with some delays for some.

I personally hate the BS when some issue is addressed. Many stores when being asked about the delay they give a general BS like we are doing what we can and there is just a short and things will be back on track in a few days.

I like to know ahead how much time is to wait and if there are some supply problems which might cause delays

yeah i know.....just want to raised awareness to other customers that pay using paypal so that they keep track their order and not let it pass 45 days..... atleast reducing some customers might aswell bring Kobalt rep back up as less customers, faster build time....Am I right?
