I ordered a Sager NP8677-S with some modifications from XoticPC. I started the order process on November 10th. I decided to use the cash discount, however I wanted to avoid the long clearing times on a wire. After discussing by email with XoticPC (conversation by email takes along time) they told me I should place a "dummy order" with a credit card then send the wire. After the wire cleared they would refund the credit card. I decided the whole process was just too complex. I said I would send a wire, but XoticPC said it be somewhat faster to send a cashiers check. I sent the check and they finally got it on the 24th. However, they said that they would need ID. Once you get your order, I would suggest initiating a full chargeback via your credit card company.

If they don't deliver the service or good that you paid for, in full, they should not get a cent of your money, especially after stealing hours upon hours of your time.

I did get your email with your order number, and replied back to you in case you hadn't seen it. Let me know if you have any additional questions that I might be able to help with in regards to your order. Thanks!
