At this day and age, where good customer service has become very rare, and even the big resellers treat you with arrogance and don't show any value towards having your business. I first learned about HIDevolution from these forums about 9 months ago.
Let me take you through all my experience with them:

1) It all started with my ordering an Alienware Area 51 Desktop through HIDevolution, I configured the system with triple GeForce Titan X GPUs.
As they started building the system, upon reading more about this desktop, and how that it isn't really a fully upgradeable desktop like standard ones since it uses a proprietary motherboard, and also learning that due to a BIOS restriction, that triple Titan X in SLI may not work, I had buyer's remorse and felt that it doesn't deserve my money, I felt I was in a bad situation since HIDevolution has already started the order.
I then contacted Mr. Tim, their sales manager and explained my concerns to him.
He immediately offered me to cancel the order if I am not 100% satisfied and refunded all my money without charging me a single penny for the inconvenience that I caused them.
This is when my trust level for them went up very high and I promised myself I would only purchase computers from them in the future for their understanding, transparency, and honesty.

2) Next system I ordered was the Clevo P770DM-G, total cost was around $5100 USD
As they started building it, I heard that there is the P870DM-G which will be released very soon so again, I'm like "arrggghhhh, I want that, I want the best", as they were building the machine, I contacted Mr. Ted and asked him about it, without any hesitation, he replied back that if I want, they would cancel the order and put all the money that I paid towards the next system or even refund the money right away, again, with no penalties. I chose to keep the money as in store credit.
What's even better was, as everyone was eagerly waiting for the P870DM to be in stock, HIDevolution were the first company to have them due to their excellent connections with CLEVO and I was amongst the first people to lay my hand on this beast!

Ordered a Clevo P870DM-G from HIDevolution
They even did a live build of my system via Skype showing me everything, how they are applying the perfect layer of Coollaboratory Liquid Ultra on the CPU, how they installed the NVMe SSDs and applied the thermal pads on them, everything, it's like I was on a virtual tour in their offices seeing everything that was being done to my system. After the system was built, they allowed me to login to it remotely via TeamViewer to do my tweaks and final touches so that when I received it, it was ready to use right off the bat!
this is what I call "Excellency in customer service!"

3) Next, comes the warranty, buying a system is just a start, after a company has taken your money, its the support and customer service that counts....
So after about a week, my INS (Insert) key on the keyboard just flew off. Not their fault, it's just this garbage Clevo 15" keyboards that they put on all the systems, it's a joke. Anyway, HIDevolution then sent me another INS key to Dubai, didn't charge me for shipping. I then tried installing the replacement key but again it wouldn't fit into place perfectly, if I would press it about 7 or so times, it flies off again.
So HIDevolution then sent me an entire full keyboard replacement, they didn't even ask me to ship the old one back!
The cherry on the topping was, their technical support lady Ms. Vivian even made a step by step video for me on how to replace the keyboard and the cables involved so I felt I was in good hands with them being with me virtually in every step.

Finally, I didn't like my P870DM-G's Dual 980M SLI GPUs, I was experiencing microstuttering not only in games, but even in videos since I use an application called SVP (Smooth Video Project) to play videos @ 60FPS and I configured it to use GPU 2 for SVP and GPU 1 for the normal video rendering. I could feel this microstuttering. That and the headaches with SLI and how bad nVIDIA's and the game developers' support for SLI has been recently.
So I though why not sell my current system, make some money out of it and get another one, but this time I wanted a Eurocom Sky X9 with a desktop 980GTX so it would have the Prema BIOS preinstalled and covered under warranty.
Unfortunately, the deal of selling my laptop turned out to be a big scam, I was given a cheque for a closed account and the thieves turned off their cell phones. I was in a lot of pain and sorrow that all my money that I saved and put towards my dream machine has become ashes....ashes from a Phoenix...
I contacted HIDevolution immediately telling them about my story and told them to cancel the order I made for the Eurocom Sky X9.
Mr. Ted was very understanding and he offered to cancel my 3 year global warranty which was worth USD $600 from the old system and move it to my next system that I will buy free of charge saving me $600 USD at least, something is better than nothing in my situation.
Not only that, but they didn't cancel my Eurocom Sky X9 order and they still had it shipped from Eurocom's Headquarters in Canada to their office in the US so it would be ready for me when I have the money to buy it without any delays.
Fortunately, and without going into much details, I managed to borrow some money from various sources and proceeded with the order.
This way, I will be having the great Eurocom Sky X9 with the Prema BIOS PLUS HIDevolution's superb customer service and global warranty that covers shipping costs twice per year should anything go wrong with the system AND at a very competitive price!
My business will always be with this company from now on. Even if I wanted to buy a regular low end laptop for me or a family member or friend, I will not buy it locally but will order it from them.
This is how a company wins a customer and have them comeback and give them repeat business. It's simple, just give them good service that's all they ask for.

Oh and in case you were wondering how on earth am I ordering a Eurocom Sky X9 through HIDevolution it is because they have good relations so HIDevolution will get me the system from Eurocom but offer me their warranty since it is still essentially, a Clevo with the same parts as any other Clevo laptop.

So a little update...
HIDevolution received my barebone Eurocom Sky X9 from Eurocom 3 days ago....they still needed to install the rest of the components like m.2 SSDs, HDDs, RAM, etc. do a quality check and what not....
I contacted them 2 days ago asking them when is my build going to start....they were swamped with orders....so they couldn't even though anything but Mr. Tim promised me they will try to ship it before the weekend is over in order to not delay the process and leave me without a laptop for more days....
Yesterday, I contacted them again, they were still swamped..I understand, I'm not their only customer....
It was about 4PM and I was starting to get worried that my laptop wouldn't be ready and that I will have to wait until Monday to have it shipped, let alone the long wait for receiving it....
Then Mr. Ted assigned the most senior technician they had to my order around 4PM and she finished the installation/build of the system, checked that it had the PREMA BIOS and that the screen had no dead pixels or light bleeding...packaged the laptop, and had it shipped by 6 PM just as they were about to close!
Again, another example of how they always satisfy the customer needs despite them being so busy.

SAGER caused you a lot of grief sending the unit back and forth, leaving you without a laptop for a few days, only to receive it with nothing done.
HIDevolution just sent me the key, when that didn't work, they sent me a full keyboard so I didn't miss my laptop for even an hour! -

I haven't ordered a full machine from these guys, but I can report that a few years ago I ordered a higher res screen for my Asus G46 and couldn't have been happier with the service. Will definitely check with them before I order my next machine, most likely a Phoenix or Batman 2.0...

I did have to ask before HIDevolution did you experience any of the other resellers before them I understand considering warranty accommodations but with that exception did you go and Have experiences anywhere else? @Phoenix

Ordered an Origin PC Millennium Desktop for $9,000 USD in June. Took them a month to build/ship it, half of the customer notes I mentioned in my order in the way to install the OS were ignored. The so called overclocking service I paid for was just a small 200 mhz overclock of a 5930K CPU, the only thing they changed is set a voltage offset of -0.185. Really? $50 USD for this?
Secondly, I had to constantly email and call to get any updates about my PC, not once did they send me an update. I know I am not their only customer but when you pay $9000 USD for a system you expect a bit of attention/care.
When I sold the machine 3 months later as I didn't like the idea of having a bulky desktop, I called them to transfer the warranty to the new owner and they said no can do. Warranties cannot be transferred.
Never again will I buy anything from that company.
XOTIC PC:
Before reading all the negative reviews here, they were actually my first choice and I did place an order and their payment system did accept the fact that I paid using PayPal even though I am an international customer. I didn't know that wasn't allowed, so 2 days later I call them to see what's up with my order and Mr. Pat was very helpful but unfortunately, their policy is that for international customers, they only accept wire transfers! Screw that! I'll never do that! I would only pay by credit card or Pay Pal, not write transferring anything to anyone. He then spoke to their management about this but they couldn't do anything so they lost my business of $6000 USD for that order.
Mythlogic:
1) I had a friend who had ordered a P870DM-G from Mythlogic (Mythlogic Phobos 8715S), he then made a mistake by flashing the latest stock Clevo BIOS thinking it was better only to discover that now his BIOS has 0 customization options or overclocking options. So he thought no big deal, he contacted their technical support thinking they would send him the Mythlogic BIOS. The head of tech support named Josh started asking him lots of questions regarding his order number, serial number, name of the person who paid for it, etc. It was like an interrogation. He then explained that it was a gift so he doesn't have the order number but he gave them the serial number and even a screenshot of it from the actual laptop.
After 3 days with no response, he calls Josh who was very rude and seemed annoyed as to why he was calling him. Then Josh said that they need time to send him the BIOS.
1 week later, nothing, so he emails again.... no reply for 1 weeks, then he emails and calls, he was given the same BS about they need time to compile the BIOS in a package that he could install......
2 weeks later, nothing, then he finally gave up and is still running the stock CLEVO BIOS 1.05.02
I know the guy personally he lives here in Dubai as well.
2) Before purchasing my Eurocom Sky X9, I thought of getting a Mythlogic again, I called their sales team and some dude answered who didn't have an upbeat tone or showed any interest to my business as a potential customer, I felt like I was talking to a robot.
I then asked how long would it take from the time of order till you actually ship the system, he replies, 15 business days. I'm like whaaaat? why so long? he says we are swamped with orders.
Apparently they have so much arrogance now that they have so many orders/business coming through. I for one will never want to deal with this company EVER,
Then I ordered my Eurocom Sky X9 but not through Eurocom directly, but through HIDevolution as they are good partners with them, so they gave me a discount as I am an NBR member and actually even got the system for me cheaper than if I would have bought it from Eurocom directly.
This way, I got the Eurocom Sky X9 with the PREMA BIOS pre-installed AND covered under warranty, along with the superb warranty/support of HIDevolution and fast shipping / excellent quality checks, the best of both worlds really. See:

While HIDevolution did offer a great deal of great things to me and a great price, and no dead pixel insurance, and checkup before sending, I still have my own concerns with ordering from America to Romania, as the package will have to travel a lot, and while HIDevolution are not to blame, I am afraid of DHL of FEDex throwing around the package and damaging it.
Also, @Phoenix , I too wanted to ask you if you get paid for making them so much advertising and marketing. It seems rather strange that a company would be so caring about it's customers, and the only company I know so far to be like this is Fiio. I am curious if there are more people who ordered from HIDevolution and can share their stories. I had a bad accident with a company who had great customer service once, so I would really like to know if they are in general great, or it was your own personal luck.
Besides PayPal buyer protection, there is no other way for me to be sure of how good the final product will be, and I am kind of worried about the fact that HIDevolution themselves do not sell upgrade GPUs, so I could have to buy from someone else a Pascal card, and I had not asked yet if I can mess around with internal components without losing warranty. -
Georgel, I'm not sure about the honesty of the reviewer website (see link below), but hidevolution doesn't rate too badly over the 58 reviews. Maybe Phoenix wrote all of the reviews

Do you know if they will sell components, like the GPU card? ( Pascal getting closer is making me a bit nervous too, it gets me thinking that I probably should wait a bit more, on the other hand there is a lot of work to be done in my project, and fast, so I can;t wait if Pascal desktop comes to laptops in a year) -
I think that reading all reviews around make HID the company I am going to work with, and I will be sure to make a thread about my experience. It is that going one more step that makes me interested, especially the panel insurance, because panel is one of the most important aspects of this laptop (at least in my view)

My discussion with them was buttery smooth, and went nice. Though I could not order yet, due to personal constraints.
HID really knew their technology, and were able to point me as to why buy that or not buy that, or in what situation you need what, and so on.

HIDevolution went far beyond their obligations in supporting customers like @Phoenix and I believe that type of CS is something I value enough that I am willing to pay however much for it.
My next laptop would likely be a lighter 15inch clevo as a secondary system to my desktop workstation. I would like look like a 15inch Pascal/Polaris Clevo from HID.

Well i can say this much, its not just Pheonix. I have been interacting with Ted over the last week for some screws (very difficult to get) and he has been nothing but amazing.

I'm glad to hear that it seems they are giving better service than a couple years ago.
In my experience- I have ordered one product from them (about 16 months ago) which was DOA. It took me over a week to get a reply from them, and by that time I just sent the machine to Gigabyte instead. I found their pre-sale service very good, but was quite disappointed with the warranty claim. Again though, it sounds like they're more attentive now and so I'm pleased to hear that. -

Interesting to see that Donald is now working with HIDEvolution. I had bought a few spare parts from Donald through eBay and they always shipped out incredibly fast.
I have a quote from HIDEvolution for a barebones P775DM-G. Hopefully here soon I will have my P70 sold and can make a purchase and post some feedback about it as well. This thread gave me the confidence in HID to order from them again. Ordered a Razer Stealth just now for ****s and giggles. Fingers crossed I don't need to use the warranty.
