    Good evening all,

I was curious if anyone had experience with @ gentechpc and specifically their rush order process?

I have placed my order over a week ago and paid $49 for "rush processing" which is supposedly guaranteed shipping within 2 business days or they'll contact you otherwise. My order is sitting in "processing"

I reached out because their promotion includes adding thermals, so I wanted to know if the rush processing still applied or whether or not I wasted my money, I received a response it wasn't a waste and that it should ship within 3 business days ( still outside their "guarantee" ) but alas, that came and went. I've since reached out further as I now require a laptop much quicker due to a work situation that is unexpected, but I haven't the slightest clue when the thing will ship.

I purchased from them before reading all the reviews on here and I've found quite a few horror stories about items not shipping for a month, I'm trying to find anyone with experience, particularly w/ the rush processing.

Normal communication methods seem extremely delayed and quite unsatisfactory responses so far, is this normal with this brand?

Thanks for any help anyone can provide

    - A frustrated customer

If I remember correctly, the "rush processing" option was cancelled out if you select any custom items like thermal paste or pads. Not sure if this applies to you.
