I ordered a Sager NP8177 (Clevo P670HS-G) from GenTech, opting for standard build/shipping time. It shipped via UPS 7 days later, and I received it 3 days after that.

I contacted them over a week ago regarding some minor issues, but have been thus far ignored:
    • Paid $10 more for 2x8GB DIMMs instead of the stock 1x16GB DIMM, but received a single 16GB DIMM.
    • It was also supposed to include a code for a game, but has yet to appear.
I have no idea whether they actually honored the "Free IC Diamond on CPU/GPU" promotion or not, but I did get a free shirt! :D

Very impressed by the quality/performance of the device, though having to remove 17 screws just to swap in DIMMs or SSDs seems excessive. :)
