I just received my Sager NP9377-S yesterday. I ordered from XoticPC on August 3 and thought I'd share my experience.
I have been looking at Sager for a while and I had heard of XoticPC here on the forums. I did some research on what I wanted in a new laptop and asked some questions in the forums. Based on reviews of and feedback from XoticPC reps here on the forums, I decided to order through them.
On August 3rd, I called XoticPC and spoke with a rep. We had a good discussion and he answered all my questions. After that I placed my order. The next day I received an email from XoticPC telling me that some of the parts were on back-order and inquiring whether I still wanted to go ahead with the purchase. I called XoticPC to see if I could get an approximate time frame on the delivery and was told that I should have it by around the 19th of August. That was good, so I went ahead with the order.
I received a few more emails concerning credit card verification and then my order went into production. Throughout the process I received updates on the status of my order and at the final stage I received the tracking number. I received the laptop on August 17th and have been setting it up and playing around with everything. So far, everything seems excellent. The performance is awesome.
While waiting for the laptop, I had a question about my order. I contacted company representative Hutsady@XoticPC here on the forums and he took care of all my concerns promptly. Thanks for that!
Overall, I've had a great experience with my order. I went for a warranty through XoticPC and I'm sure that if I run into problems that they will be there to assist me.
