For some weeks I had been reading the forums and resellers feedback narrow my options. After reading some feedback of Pro-Star , I went with them, basically because everyone says that they have laptops on stock, and I need right away. I've ordered on Monday Sept. 23 first thing in the morning, a Clevo WS350ST, with 16gb ram upgrade, intel ac wireless card priority service. About 2 hours later a representative call me to verify my order and make sure everything was as I ordered. I had a little problem with my credit card, but the customer service was awesome. My order came through and on Thursday sept. 26 ups tried to make the delivery. The customer service is awesome, many thank to Jeff, Eddie and Chris for all the help. I recommend them!!

I agree 100% with you. I ordered a computer had a few issues and everything was taken care of amazingly. Jeff is the best customer service rep I have EVER dealt with!
