I purchased a Sager NP8265 from Powernotebooks.com and I can say I'm absolutely satisfied with the product and their service.

I'm from Brazil and went to Orlando and NY for two weeks on vacation. Because of my short time, I was afraid I'd have a defective product or mail issues, cause I wouldn't have time to send it back or it would be very expensive to ship it to Brazil later.

I ordered it over a month in advance, and Donald, who attended my order, told me they could hold the shipping so my laptop would arrive on my first or second day in the US.
Donald was very nice and patient with me, answering my questions very quickly and guided me over payment process and everything I needed.

The package arrived on my first day in Orlando and everything was perfect. Haven't had any issues so far and I'm completely sure I would buy from the again. If you're not from the US, I especially recomend PNB.com, cause they seemed to make sure everything would turn out fine.

    Cheers,
    Fabio
