I just wanted to post about my experiences working with PNB and Myth. I originally ordered the P150EM through PNB, same specs as in my sig except for the GPU. I called over the phone to order and Abe spent some time going over various specs with me which I really appreciated. Order process was quick and smooth and I received the laptop in little under a month given the 7970M delays. I had two dead pixels (I bought the pixel warranty) and PNB had an RMA for me by the next day. Painless process shipping it to and dealing with Sager. Unfortunately (as I posted in some of the threads on it) multiple games I play were impacted by the Enduro issues, and I ultimately decided to return the unit rather than hope AMD/Clevo will figure it out. I was promptly refunded by PNB, who understood and appreciated my concerns. Class organization based upon how I was treated and I 100% recommend buying from them.

I read about Mythlogic in these forums and did some reading on their website about the extra care you get with them and the work that goes into their machines. The price is higher but in the end peace of mind is worth it for me, especially given my prior screen and GPU issues. Ordered July 6 and arrived July 23, the machine in my sig. Spoke to Charlie who took the time and was nice. I'm in Chicago and like that they are pretty close by, and that I don't need to wait 4 days each way for shipping if I need to ship the laptop out. I got the package and the packaging was superb and snug. I love the fact that they run intensive tests and benchmarks on the machine prior to shipping it to me and a CD with the results was included for me to check out. Their drivers disc they provide is also well laid out. All of the drivers are numbered in the order they should be installed and it is idiot-proof. Hardware is all perfect. The screen has no dead or stuck pixels and is calibrated, also included on the results CD. I would also 100% recommend buying from Myth, another class act.

My hesitation prior to ordering a Sager branded Clevo or Clevo in general was service and support. PNB and Myth are so much better to deal with than the usual Dell or HP reps. With the Sager I ordered from PNB, I was in contact with the actual Sager tech that was working on my machine, which was pretty cool and unexpected.

I give both PNB and Mythlogic an A+ rating. Thanks!
