Just for a perspective, this is my second time to purchase from XoticPC. Back in 2008I purchased a Sager NP5793 and had a wonderful experience. For some reason in 2010 when I was ready for a new laptop I went through a different Clevo reseller for my W860CU. While the system was good the ordering and actually getting what I ordered was a nightmare.

So here I am coming back to XoticPC.

    Ordered on 6/6
The ordering process was pretty painless. I got in contact with Michael to make sure I had my ducks in a row. I understood that since I was ordering a 7970m that there would be a slight or even lengthy delay in getting my system.

During the wait and the arrival of the 7970m at Sager I became a bit of a pest as I was excited to see the end of the tunnel as far as getting my system. So I emailed Michael and IM'd Justin a few times. They were very understanding and professional in their responses and considering just how many times they were getting contacted on a daily basis due to the 7970m and Sager production delays, that was awesome.

    Received system on 7/3
Wow system is awesome and considering some of the problems people are listing on the 7970m I am have an excellent experience. Getting great temps and good frame rates.

I am excited that if I do experience problems I have a company like XoticPC to back me up. They have never let me down. There is a reason I am a repeat buyer.

People ask why you choose a reseller versus Sager or one reseller over the other. The reason you do it is because IF something does go wrong they are there. I am not saying XoticPC is the only one that does a great job, but since I have been through it with both XPC and another reseller I can say, all resellers are not created equal.

    Thanks XoticPC Team!!!
