I was reluctant to purchase from eurocom (due to their terrible reviews) and initially ordered my w230st with reflexnotebook back in august, but they declined my payment and i decided to not buy from them. After reading that eurocom offers a 10% discount to students on another thread, i decided to give them a call since they are local and with the 10% discount the price was much better than all other resellers.

I spoke with Nick on the phone and they indeed have a 10% student discount, so i decided to configure and order my laptop on Sept 3rd. I got a call from Nick on Sept 5th saying the laptop was ready to be picked up, that took only 2 DAYS. I drove there and picked it up today and atm is runnining some tests on it.

Best part, it only costs $50 to upgrade from 750gb harddrive to a 240gb Crucial M500 ssd. I spent 1271 after tax on my laptop and the configuration costs 1528 on reflexnotebooks, thank goodness they declined my creditcard!

Long story short, every resellers has a horror story of their own (more or less).

The only thing to watch out for is the amount of horror stories and the depth of them. Otherwise they are almost all good (to some extent).

Glad to hear everything worked out for you though! :D
