Finally decided to buy the P750ZM and Eurocom seemed to have one of the best discounts and configuration options, as well as QA/shipping speed.

    2/25:
    8:00 am: Order placed
12:00 pm: Contacted by sales rep asking a few questions and giving me a 2-3 day window for testing and shipping. I said great sounds good, and if you could ship before Saturday that would be great! But no worries if you can't. Let's see how quick it is.
12:20 pm: Credit card payment processed, confirmation/receipt sent via e-mail.

    2/27
7:12 am: Update request sent via e-mail to John Shore.
8:15 am: John replied and said it is on track to be shipped out today.
1:34 pm: Shipping confirmation and tracking number e-mailed. Fedex does not have the order in their system yet, so tracking number doesn't work.
1:48 pm: Fedex tracking label received, expected delivery is Tuesday 3/3

    3/2
8:00 am: Called Fedex to have the package held at the Fedex store. Should be available for pick up today.
2:30 pm: Called Fedex to be sure package is at Fedex store and ready to be picked up. Customer service rep reassured me it was there and will be ready.
5:30 pm: Arrived at Fedex store to pick package up but was told it was still at the bottom of a huge pile of boxes and does not get sorted out until the morning. 0_0 Resist urge to express my disappointment and rage.
5:31 pm: Have fake conversation with self on the way home putting Fedex in it's place for sucking.

    3/3
8:45 am: Tracking system says package arrive at facility and is being held for pickup by me.
2:30 pm: Finally got laptop, unpacked, turned on. Removed HDD to put in SSD and start installing windows. Everything is good except there is a dead pixel in the middle of the screen.

Final Edit: All in all it was a fairly OK experience with Eurocom. Customer service was good and fast communication. That being said the computer itself seems OK, minus the screen.

The screen has some noticeable backlight bleeding by the two upper corners, and has a dead pixel in the middle of the screen. That sucks. Also, the incorrect Wireless Lan drivers were on the CD.
