Hey Everyone,
Last year I explored Eurocom for the first time and had an excellent experience with the ordering process, as well as laptop itself. (Link: Eurocom M5 Pro) II have since recommended Eurocom to all of my friends and colleagues interested in quality laptops and service, and now find myself returning!
Pre-Notes
Timeline
- I am located on the east coast of Canada, two provinces away from shipping source.
- Payment was sent through Credit Card; last time PayPal was used.
March 2rd
March 3rd
- Emailed sales@eurocom stating intent to purchase, asked about available discounts, and was happily informed
March 4th
- 12 Noon AST - Ordered placed
- 2PM AST - Contacted by accounting about difference in credit card and billing address (I found out I have been using postal information that includes an apartment all wrong! Thanks for correcting me on that )
- 5PM AST - Address issue resolved, receipt emailed.
March 7th
- No update, expecting to receive shipping information by end of day Monday, ~48 Business Hours.
March 9th
- 5PM AST - As expected, I received an email confirming shipment. Fingers crossed for a Friday delivery!
March 10th
- 5PM AST - Delivered!
- Drivers installed, Installed hard drive and another stick of RAM, downloaded normal programs.
Overall a simply perfect experience. No issues, no bumps or hiccups by Eurocom.
The laptop is big, beautiful, powerful, and exactly what I wanted.
10/10 Eurocom, 10/10.
