Donald at HIDEvolution

I can't even begin to express how amazing this guy is. I placed an order with another reseller in a Aero 15x but I just felt bad in my nether regions and cancelled it. I also tried to use PayPal with a secons reseller and due to being deployed it was a massive pain in the arse. It wouldn't go through and I couldn't get them to just invoice and they blew me off.

I read this form here to find HIDEvolution and I am completely amazed and the level of care I received from @Donald@HIDevolution it is rarely seen these days.

The new rig is in my sig and excited doesn't even begin to explain it. I wanted a gaming rig but it's mostly for building my pen testing environment and working on various projects.

Shoot me a message, I am curious to get my system built with your tweaks. I did have a clean OS install done on it.

@Phoenix Is there a thread that I can read that shows what you do? I wanted to read up prior to getting the laptop. It should be shipping out soon.

 

@Phoenix I have received my laptop. I did have the clean install done at HIDEvolution so I would love to get the information from you with what you recommend.

Thanks man, I did some of the tweaks and skipped some others. Off the top of your head @Phoenix which one makes the font a bit blurry? I may go back and enable that one as I like nice crisp fonts. I did pick up your recommended AV. Gonna play with Snort tonight and then get all my VM's set up to continue my journey to OSCP.

 

Is your signature your new rig? Also can you please post the total cost if applicable. This post just feels like it a little incomplete with information is all.
And setting up VM for OSCP? I'm guessing you are doing cyber security introduction like my cousin.
