    Here is my very positive experience with CEG HardcoreCustom. :vbthumbsup:
    First the email sevice is fast and the staff always very friendly.
    I ask them if it possible to chose personal collection because i because I live near.
    CEG told me that is no problem ans so i ordert my Gamer Book.

    - 29.06.15
    I ordert my Clevo P771ZM G-Sync with follow options:
    - DISPLAY: 17,3 IPS Full HD 1920x1080 Non-Glare G-Sync
    - GRAPHICS CARD ZM: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M 8GB GDDR5 G-Sync
    - WIRELESS LAN M.2: Intel Dual AC 7265 BT 17,26 €
    - KEYBOARD LANGUAGE: German
    - THERMAL PASTE CPU: Standard
    - THERMAL PASTE GPU: Standard
    - POWER CORD: Power Cable EU (Type F)
    - POWER SUPPLY: Power Supply 230W

    The CPU (4790k) and Ram (Kingston HyperX Impact 16GB SO-DIMM Kit, DDR3L-1600, CL9-9-9) and SSD have i self.

    - 30.06.15 (next day)
    CEG call me with no good News.
    Your supplier has inventory and can only deliver again on next Monday.
    I told them that is no problem and i can wait.

    01.07.15 (next day)
    CEG called me again, this time with the good news is yet still deliver the their supplier and it is on Thursday morning everything with them.

    02.07.15 (next day)
    Thursday afternoon a new call that all the parts are there and the "monster" is ready for pickup.
    But since I did not have time, I wanted to pick it up the next day.
    Brief silence on the phone and then the friendly man said: "We must anyway about Nvidia and as it is on the way, we bring you the notebook simply to you" :vbeek:
    Wow thats a service and have of course not denied :vbrolleyes:

    Later at the Day 2 Guys coming and bring me the P771ZM G-Sync.
    Of course I have both invited in the hot weather to a cold drink and we then talked a bit.
    Because of all the back and forth, they have built a killer card to me instead of the Intel Card :vbthumbsup:
    A USB Stick with the newest Drivers there gave me also.

    They also told me if I have any problems with the P771ZM, then I should get back to you and it will be as soon as possible helped.
    I hope that i never need it and the P771 runs with no Problems.


    Thats my experience with CEG and no i am not from CEG :vbwink:

    CEG is absolutely horrible! Buy some elsewhere or you regret it!

    But my experience with CEG not "absolutely horrible".

    And you can read from all other Clevo Shops some bad experience from time to time ;)

    Yes, exactly. What problems you have guys with CEG? Or for which company you work? We don't mention much problems from our customers. Most of is from software site. But hardware... Not much.

    First the service is very poor. If you ask for RMA you wait for many days. I send my Notebook back for 2 times and nothing happend. I wait for 2 weeks if i get my NB back. The errors wasn't fixed. At the end they imply the you are to stupid to use your NB. :mad:

    Small Update from me ;)
    My experience with CEG has not changed.

    I wrote CEG today a Email because i need the "big" 330W PSU :D
    After 10 minutes they answered me that the PSU is in stock.
    I asked them if I can pick up the PSU also, since I live near you.
    Now they called me and it´s not a problem to pick up the PSU.
    2 hours later I picked up the PSU ;)

    What I can say is:
    - everytime they answerd the Mails very fast
    - very friendly Guys working at CEG.
    - if you have problems/questions they helping

    10 from 10 points @clevo-extreme

    and btw.
    People with "bad" experience like @dieter84 and @ malte2132 make your own Thread!
    This is my experience with CEG and not yours !!!
